Introduction of Coronary Heart Disease
Coronary Heart Disease is the major cause of deaths in the modern society. It results from deposits of cholesterol and fat which lead to blockage of the arteries supplying the heart muscles.
Deficiency of blood and thereby oxygen due to these blockage lead to Angina pain and sometimes heart attacks. The basic reasons for these fat deposits are faulty diet (rich in cholesterola and fat), Stresses, high blood pressure, obesity, lack of physical activity, smoking etc. Very recent research of Dr.B.Chhajer proved that the risk of heart disease can be reduced through diet modification, stress management, exercise, yoga, meditation, education, and counseling.
